This Privacy Policy describes how the Monotask mobile application (“Monotask”, “the app”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) handles your information. Monotask is published by XmartAndroid (the “Developer”). By using Monotask, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

We do not collect any personal information. Monotask does not require an account and does not ask for your name, email address, phone number, location, contacts, or any other personally identifiable information.

Information You Store in the App

The tasks you create (titles, their active/backlog/completed status, and the times they were created, completed, or moved) are saved locally on your device using your device's standard app storage (shared_preferences).

• This data never leaves your device.
• It is not transmitted to us or to any third party.
• We have no ability to access, read, or recover it.
• It is removed when you delete the relevant tasks or uninstall the app.

How We Use Information

Because no data is collected or transmitted, we do not use your information for any purpose. The task data described above is used solely to provide the app's functionality on your own device.

Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not share, sell, rent, or disclose any data to third parties. Monotask contains no third-party analytics, advertising, tracking, or social media SDKs.

Network Access

Monotask does not request the Internet permission and does not make network connections. The app functions fully offline.

Permissions

Monotask does not request any sensitive device permissions (such as location, camera, microphone, contacts, or storage beyond its own private app data).

Purchases

Monotask does not currently offer in-app purchases or subscriptions, and it does not process any payment information. If paid features are added in a future version, any purchase would be handled by the Google Play billing system under Google's own privacy terms, and this policy would be updated accordingly.

Children's Privacy

Monotask does not collect personal information from anyone, including children under the age of 13. The app is suitable for general audiences.

Data Security

Because all data stays on your device and nothing is transmitted, the security of your task data is governed by your device's own security (such as your screen lock and device encryption). We recommend keeping your device secured and up to date.

Your Choices and Rights

• Delete individual tasks at any time within the app.
• Clear your completed task history within the app.
• Uninstall the app to remove all locally stored data.
